The Darnell Seed

Matthew 13:24-30, 36-43
The Parable of the tares and the wheat:
Darnell seed, poison, deceiving an opiate.

I: The Parable Interpreted:
1. The field is the world.
2. Good seed the children of the Kingdom.
3. The tares are the children of the wicked one.
4. The enemy is the Devil.
5. The harvest is the end of the world.
6. The reapers are the Angels.

II: “And I saw.” Revelation 20:10-15.
1. “A great white throne.”
2. “I saw the dead great and small…”
3. “The Books were opened.”
4. “Another book was opened.”
5. The dead were judged.
6. “Every man according to his works.”
7. “Death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire.”

III: The difference between wheat and tares.
1. Tares kill and destroy.
2.. Wheat makes alive and sustains.
3. The difference between people is their position with Christ.

The blood makes the difference.
