To Whom Shall You Go

Feeding of the 5,000, the people determined to make him King, Christ walks on the water, the people follow from worldly motives, discourse on Bread of Life. John 6:66-71

2. They were too blind to see the signs.
3. They sought him on the material level.
4. They were offended at his teaching of a cross, blood, and broken flesh.
5. They turned again to the beggarly elements of the World.

II: “Do You Also Want to Go?”
1. “Lord, to whom shall we go?”
a. When our way is dark and dreary?
b. When our hearts are heavy?
c. Who can meet our spiritual needs?
2. “Thou hast the words of Eternal life.”
3. “We believe and are sure.”
4. “Thou are that Christ.”
