Hast thou Considered My Servant Job?
Job. 1:1-15
I: Job was a servant of God.
1. Perfect and upright, one that feared God and hated evil.
2. He was a family man and priest of his family.
3. He was a man of great wealth.
II: Satan the accuser among the Sons of God.
1. One that came to bring a bad report.
2. He makes it his business to cast down the children of God.
3. He delights to bring a report on the backslider, a trouble maker, cold indifferent Christian.
4. He is not anxious to report on sinners sins but with joy he reports the Christians that dabbles with sin.
5. He will accuse the wayward 1st and then find fault with the Saints.
III: Hast thou considered my servant Job?
1. His personal walk as a Christian.
2. His spiritual concern about his children.
3. His charity and thoughtfulness with the riches he had.
IV: Yes, he had considered.
1. You have made a hedge about him.
2. He have blessed the work of his hands.
3. His religion will go with his wealth.
Satan weighs, appraises, and accuses every soul before the throne of God, but the Christian has an advocate and lawyer in Jesus Christ, our Lord.
