How do You See God?

Isaiah 6

I: How cheap is your God?
1. Is His name used with disrespect?
2. Do you treat Him as one afar off?
3. Has His word become cheap to you?
4. Do you give Him cheap shabby service?
5. The reason men throw their lives away is because they value them cheap.

II: Isaiah saw God.
1. God removed the King.
2. He saw him high and lifted up.
3. His train filled the temple.
4. He received the worship of the Heavenly beings.

III: Isaiah saw Himself.
1. “Woe is me, for I am undone.”
2. “I am a man of unclean lips.” Doctor, Professor, Teacher, Lawyer, Preacher, and Moron may all look alike, but when they open their mouth you can tell the difference.
3. “I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips.”

IV: Cleansed, Commissioned, Contented.
1. His lips were touched and made clean. He was willing to be cleansed.
2. Here am I, send me, and he said go.
3. He knew he would fail, but he went, for God said go.
