There are the many needs of his baby life.<br \/>\n2. Those needs change and enlarge as he grows older: Knife, slingshot, bicycle, waggon, etc.<br \/>\n3. His need for different food and clothing began to change.<br \/>\n4. He needs companions, play, and guidance.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>II: Every boy needs a storehouse of memories.<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Memories of duties well performed.<br \/>\n2. Memories of failure and success.<br \/>\n3. Memories of a dad that loved, guided, and led toward the highest ideals of life.<br \/>\n4. Memories of the pleasures of a well organized Christian home, <strong>(Old Oken Bucket) pg. 183.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>III: Every boy needs a Christian Father.<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Because his father is ideal and pattern.<br \/>\n2. His life will be influenced by the way daddy leads.<br \/>\n3. He will remember more by example than word.<br \/>\n4. He needs the guidance of a praying father.<br \/>\n5. He needs the council of one that has walked along the way with God.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV: How will that need to be met?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. By the prayers of God&#8217;s people.<br \/>\n2. By father&#8217;s humbling themselves under the mighty hand of God.<br \/>\n3. By the Church helping the boy to be drawn toward the ways of God.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A man&#8217;s biography ought to be written by his own children.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>&#8220;I should like to die,&#8221; said Willie (pg. 184).<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ephesians 6:1-4 I: The needs of a boy are many. 1.
