God&#8217;s first laws of the Universe is order.<br \/>\n2. Man accomplishes more by organization.<br \/>\n3. The Corinthians failed to see that the church was not a hit and miss organization.<br \/>\n4. The church had many functional parts, but one director.<br \/>\n5. The organization and placing of parts was the work of the Holy Spirit.<br \/>\n6. The correct function of every member was necessary for profitable existence. Every member contributing to the welfare of the church.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II: Corporation:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. Paul used the human body to illustrate.<br \/>\n<strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>The body has many members.<br \/>\n<strong>b.\u00a0<\/strong>The body can operate without some members, but it will be handicapped. (<strong>Adel Blaylock, Homer Callahand<\/strong>)<br \/>\n2. No room for self-depreciation,\u00a0<strong>Verses<\/strong> 15-16.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>&#8220;If the whole body were an eye.&#8221;\u00a0<strong>Verse 17.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>3. No room for depreciation of others.\u00a0<strong>Verse 21.<br \/>\n<\/strong>4.\u00a0The body can become paralyzed by a lack of cooperation.<br \/>\n5. &#8220;God hath tempered the body together.&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>a.\u00a0<\/strong>Welded the parts together.<br \/>\n<strong>b. <\/strong>&#8220;That there should be no schism in the body.&#8221;<br \/>\n<strong>c.\u00a0<\/strong>The foot going to beaches, or deserts, the hands on way to worship &#8212; displaced members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>III: Appreciation:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. The usefulness of others (<strong>Mrs. Rogers of Havana<\/strong>).<br \/>\n2. The dignity of the parts not seen or displayed.<br \/>\n3. When one member suffers, others feel the pain.<br \/>\n4. When one is honored others rejoice, no room for detached indifference!<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV: Obligation:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1. The parts have a strong obligation to each other.<br \/>\n2. If the church is like a body, then it has a definite obligation to every member to help it function properly.<br \/>\n3. A healthy body rushes aid to an injured part.<br \/>\n4. It heals or isolates.<br \/>\n5. &#8220;God hath set.&#8221;\u00a0<strong>Verse 28\u00a0<\/strong>(<strong>Red &#8212;\u00a0<\/strong>I&#8217;ve found my place, heel).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Here is the formula for a successful church &#8212; Every member is Responsible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>02\/19\/1967: Perris Valley,<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>04\/28\/1967: Temple Baptist, San Jose<br \/>\n04\/13\/1969: San Martin<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Corinthians 1 12:1-27 Distinction\u00a0had the Corinthian Church.
