\n1. He was still young.
\n2. A good moral character.
\n3. A likable disposition.
\n4. Moved by noble desires.
\n5. Ignorant of the strongest motive of his life.
\n6. Ignorant of the 1st step toward true discipleship.<\/p>\n
\n1. Loved him.
\n2. Had compassion upon him.
\n3. Saw a conflict in his heart.
\n4. Saw the 1 thing the young man would not part with.<\/p>\n
\n1. This one sin kept this young man from following Jesus.
\n2. This one sin was worth more in his eyes than the Son of God.
\n3. This one sin worth more than peace of heart and mind.
\n4. This one sin worth more than real joy of being a follower of Jesus.
\n5. One sin separated him from eternal life.
\n6. He sold his soul for things he could not take with him in\u2020o eternity. (Then I won’t go).<\/p>\n
\n1. The same call is still being made to young and old.
\n2. The same Savior calls.
\n3. The call has never been changed:
\na. Jesus never made disciples by compromise nor deception.
\nb. If there is one thing we love more than Him it becomes our God.
\nc. The same sin still holds captive.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
