Matthew 6:19-34, Timothy 1 6:5-11<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Kingdom is in operation now – The King will come again.
\nDivided allegiance is a curse to any life or any people. A life would have a definite goal or it will wander aimlessly.<\/p>\n

I: “Take Heed” Jesus Warned of Covertness.
\n<\/strong>1. Paul warned about supposing that material possession was a sign of godliness.
\n2. “Withdrew” from people that live by this code of life.
\n3. Real riches is godliness with contentment.
\n4. Discontment robs one of the real joys of life.
\n5. All of the Earth’s perishables slip from the lifeless hand of death.
\n6. We take no more materials out of life than we arrived with. We paint with nothing.<\/p>\n

II:<\/strong> “Life consists not in the abundance of the things he possesses.<\/strong>” Luke 12:15.
\n<\/strong>1. How much of our happiness and peace is tied to things?
\n2. Suppose you found yourself on welfare next week?
\n3. The value of life depends on the choices we make.
\n4. If things take first place in our time, talent, and money, life is wrapped up in dust of perishables.
\n5. Accumulation of things is no assurance of a happy life.
\n6. When the Kingdom of God holds first place, all necessities are promised.7. The Kingdom suffers and God’s children are drowned in hurtful lust, because we are failing to give them the Kingdom of God’s proper place in our time and talent.<\/p>\n
