A great trade center.<br \/>\n2. A religious city of immoral religious practices.<br \/>\n3. The practice of Magic cast its dark shadows.<br \/>\n4. Here was the Center of Worship of Dian.<br \/>\n5. Wealthy, Profoundly Religious, and Rotten to its core.<\/p>\n<p><strong> II: &#8220;We Wrestle not against Flesh and Blood&#8230;&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Here Paul came up against Satan in his Strong Hold.<br \/>\n2. Paul dared not take Financial Aid from the Christians. (No Seller of Magic).<br \/>\nFinancial gain was the inspiration of all religions of Ephasus.<br \/>\n3. He taught for 2 yrs. in the School of Tyrannies.<br \/>\n4. &#8220;God wrought Special Miracles!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong> III: &#8220;Who Are You?&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Sons of Sceva tried to use Paul&#8217;s Method.<br \/>\na. &#8220;In the name of Jesus, whom Paul preaches.&#8221;<br \/>\nb. No power without Personal Acquaintance.<br \/>\nc. Danger in calling on God for Personal Gain without Personal Committal.<br \/>\n2. &#8220;Fear fell on them all.&#8221;<br \/>\n3. A time of soul searching for the Christians. Boas and Curious burned worth about 50,000 pieces of Silver.<br \/>\n4. &#8220;So mighty grew the Word of God.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;But Who Are You?&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Acts 19:8-41,\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cor. The practice of Magic, had cast its dark shadow.<br \/>\n5. Profoundly Religious, wealthy, and rotten to the core.<\/p>\n<p><strong> II: &#8220;We Wrestle not against Flesh and Blood.&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Not so much their love for Diana as for their wealth, (Tobacco and Alcohol).<br \/>\n4. The Gospel will separate men from Idols.<br \/>\n5.
