Too many Churches and too many Christians aren&#8217;t sure just where our treasures are.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong> I: Where are the Preacher&#8217;s Treasures?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. The Material World claims many.<br \/>\n2. Sugar coated preaching make many helpless.<br \/>\n3. A message that&#8217;s debatable loses its power.<br \/>\n4. Sometimes I wonder if we aren&#8217;t as a little child picking up pebbles or building sand-castles on the Beach when Oceans lie before us.<\/p>\n<p><strong> II: Where are the Churches Treasures?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. She has her finest building and greatest incomes of all time.<br \/>\n2. Yet she has hardly tapped God&#8217;s tenth of God&#8217;s people.<br \/>\n3. Too often she fears opposition and retreats rather than fight.<br \/>\n4. Too often we fail to stop a Hell-bound world because we give an uncertain sound.<br \/>\n5. The riches of the Church is buried in the lives of her individual members.<br \/>\na. 10% of the Church Members do 90% of the work.<br \/>\nb. 90% of the Church Members look upon the Church as a place to sit in comfort a few minutes each week.<br \/>\nc. 25% of the Members attend only occasionally and never contribute to her upkeep.<\/p>\n<p><strong> III: Where are the Church Member&#8217;s Treasures?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Too often it&#8217;s totally invested in perishable goods of this world.<br \/>\n2. Divided allegiance saps us of vital power.<br \/>\n3. &#8220;Most of our upset, unhappy Christians need 1 thing more than any other. They need to go to work. Only thru the Disciple of worship and witnessing does one achieve a Spiritual Growth.&#8221; Wilburn<\/p>\n<p><strong> IV: Is the World Tired of Jesus?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. &#8220;Where now is your carpenter King?&#8221; He is busy building a coffin for the Roman Empire!<br \/>\n2. No, the World isn&#8217;t tired of Jesus, but of his feeble lack luster representatives.<br \/>\n3. The World is tired of an inactive church that lives within 4 walls.<br \/>\n4. When we practice what we preach they will listen.<br \/>\n5. If our Treasure is in the right place, it effects our way of life in every situation. (Prince of India and the beautiful Ruby).<\/p>\n<p><strong> V: Hanging a Black Crape:<\/strong><br \/>\n1. A dark Hell-bound World.<br \/>\n2. A troubled disillusioned Ministry.<br \/>\n3. Churches sleeping of fighting while the Hell-bound world passes by.<br \/>\n&#8220;Communism has broken the back of the Churches where ever there has been an open conflict.&#8221; Is this the World tired of Jesus?<\/p>\n<p><input id=\"gwProxy\" type=\"hidden\" \/><input id=\"jsProxy\" onclick=\"jsCall();\" type=\"hidden\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acts 2:1-7, 41-47 In a Hell-bound World, we hear too many trumpets giving an uncertain sound.
