He was hiding from Jezebel and himself.<br \/>\n2. He informed God of conditions.<br \/>\n3. &#8220;I, even I only, am left.&#8221;<br \/>\n4. &#8220;And they seek my life.&#8221;<!--more--><br \/>\nWhen courage is gone, we count numbers and justify our failures. On Mt. Carmel, he had a plan. On Mt. Horeb he had none.<\/p>\n<p><strong>II: &#8220;Stand upon the Mount before the Lord.&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n1. &#8220;Strong wind rent the mountain, but the Lord &#8230;&#8221;<br \/>\n2. &#8220;An earthquake,&#8221; but the Lord.<br \/>\n3. &#8220;A fire,&#8221; but God.<br \/>\n4. &#8220;A still small voice,&#8221; and God.<br \/>\n5. &#8220;He wrapped his face in his mantel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>III: New Start.<\/strong><br \/>\n1. God gave him a new start.<br \/>\n2. Kings to be anointed.<br \/>\n3. Prophets to be anointed and trained.<br \/>\n4. 7,000 men to be incouraged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IV: What are you doing here?<\/strong><br \/>\n1. This question should be asked when in places of doubt.<br \/>\n2. By what excuses do we defend our presend situation?<br \/>\n3. God will never excuse us because we followed the crowd.<br \/>\n4. Others failures will not be our solution.<br \/>\n5 There are others that remain faithfull through the storm.<br \/>\n6.
